Please send your completed form, along with the total fees due, to your Representative. If there is no Representative please email the form to [email protected], marked For the attention of International Assessment Delivery, and we will contact you to request payment.
Please submit your entry form to your Local Representative. If you send a paper entry to our offices, we will destroy it securely to protect your personal information. For detailed instructions, please see here. If your exam includes submitted work that must be submitted at the point of entry, these must also be sent with your entry to your Local Representative.
Please complete any relevant declaration forms below. This will need to be submitted along with your Submitted Work, either with your entry, or on the day of the exam.

*DipABRSM and LRSM Performance & Direction candidates only. Instrumental and Vocal Teaching candidates retaking section 1, please also complete the following form and submit this with your entry.

Candidates for Practical Grades 6, 7 and 8 must already have passed one of the following qualifications: ABRSM Grade 5 (or above) in Music Theory, Practical Musicianship or a solo Jazz subject. A copy of the certificate or mark form MUST be supplied at the time of entry.
